About Me

I’m a neurodiversity- and gender- affirming licensed clinical psychologist practicing in California, with specialized training in infant/early childhood mental health and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy.

I am a nerd who loves digesting the latest research in neuroscience and psychology so that I can help others learn more about and understand the mind-body connection.  Have a look around my site, learn more about me and what I do, and reach out if you have any questions or if you think I can help you. 🙂

What I Offer

I provide individual, couple, or family therapy for people across the lifespan, starting from birth. Yes – even tiny babies have mental health needs! Learn more about me and my approach to therapy.

training

I provide training on multiple subjects, including but not limited to: the neurobiology of stress and trauma, infant/early childhood mental health, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and JEDI-related (i.e., Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion) issues.
